I tried to manually install the driver as well as using the drivers on their site. Did you try the drivers from their website?Yes. This is a virtual port so I am not sure how to get this to work.This is how my Device Manager looks. I looked up possible solutions but the ones I found involved actual hardware. I do that and it says it installed successfully but it also gave me an error:'This Device Cannot Start (Code 10).' It would install successfully but it would not display in Device Manager under Ports.I found out I can manually install the COM port using Add/Remove hardware (typing hdwwiz in start menu search area). It started with me trying to install the driver manually using a software. I've been trying to diagnose my problems for the past 4 days now.
